VIDEO: Driver says he was just ‘smoking weed’, then swallows evidence during I-85 chase

A traffic stop on Interstate 85 turned into a chase after a deputy said he smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from a passing car, so strong that he could detect it with his windows rolled up.
