Emmy-winning Justin Farmer anchors Channel 2 Action News at 4 and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Justin was born and raised in Atlanta and has gone from intern to news anchor at WSB. He attended Darlington School in Rome, Georgia and earned a degree in political science from Boston College. In addition to anchoring WSB-TV’s weeknight broadcasts, Justin moderates political debates and works on special assignments such as a trip to the White House for a one-on-one sit down interview with President Barack Obama. He’s also traveled overseas with three different Georgia Governors covering stories from Cuba, Panama and the U.S.-Mexico border. Prior to coming home to WSB-TV, Justin’s career has taken him from markets that have included Salt Lake City, Oklahoma City, Denver and Dallas. Justin actively supports several local entities such as Gigi’s Playhouse and Chattahoochee River Keeper. Justin loves trying to make his kids laugh and when free you may find him at a ball game or a boat.
