DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Emory University police have given the all-clear after an emergency alert was issued Friday.
Earlier this afternoon, Emory sent an alert to students and faculty about a police emergency at Emory Point on the Atlanta campus. Officials asked people to avoid area.
Police lifted the emergency at 2:39 p.m. The university has not said what prompted the emergency response.
