SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. — Crews have repaired a broken gas main in Sandy Springs.
The leak happened Monday afternoon at the intersection of Roswell Road and Glenridge Drive. The intersection was shut down and police were urging people to avoid the area.
NewsChopper 2 was over the scene, where traffic was being diverted off Roswell Road.
Sandy Springs police tweeted around 8 p.m. that the intersection had been reopened.
Roswell road is open.
