ATLANTA — A small business owner was so frustrated after hearing billions of dollars in federal loan money ran out, she called the White House. And that’s not all.
Tiffany Savage of Savage Personal Training Studio in Dacula started a GoFundMe account to try and keep her business afloat.
"It's so incredibly heartbreaking," Savage said via video.
Savage and her husband are very concerned everything they worked for could go down the drain. "We're in danger of losing our business. We're in danger of losing our house," she said.
The Savages have operated the personal training business the last two and a half years. It is very successful. They have five employees. All was going well until the coronavirus pandemic.

It forced them to shut down and forced them to apply for a federal small business grant and the Payroll Protection Program loan to stay afloat.
They say the application process was a debacle.
"I haven't received any correspondence from the SBA," Savage said, referring to the Small Business Administration.
Then, the Savages found out the $350 billion designed to assist small businesses ran out Thursday morning.
Savage was so upset she called the White House.
"I was like, ‘Alright. I need someone to hear me,’" she said.
She was told to contact her congressman. She said she got nowhere there.
Savage is so desperate to keep her business that she even started a GoFundMe account.
She said the reason is simple.
"The Georgia small businesses need help because we're not going to survive,” she said on the verge of tears.
Savage says it is essential lawmakers come up with more money to help small businesses like hers.
“If something isn’t done quickly to help the heart of our state and our country, we will lose everything,” she said.
Congress is trying to work out new legislation to get more money to small businesses.
The two sides are blaming each other for the impasse.
