GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Police have blocked off the entrance to a Gwinnett County hotel for a shooting investigation on Thursday morning.
The investigation is centered in the parking lot of the Quality Inn on Venture Pkwy near the Gwinnett Place Mall.
Officers told Channel 2’s Bryan Mims that two people were shot.

Both victims have been taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police said there are no suspects in custody.

Crime scene investigators remain on the scene at the Quality Inn. There also appear to be police cars outside the Sonesta hotel next door.
Police have not identified the victims or given details yet on what led up to the shooting.
