UGA vs. TCU is an all-star game for West Forsyth High School

When freshman quarterback Max Walraven walks onto the field at West Forsyth High School, he’s following in the footsteps of some true champions.

“We all dream of playing college football one day. These dudes let us know it’s very possible,” Walraven told Channel 2′s Berndt Petersen.

Over the last couple of seasons, the Wolverines had some great teams led by some great players.

When UGA takes on TCU in college football’s national championship, five of those players from this high school will be in that game.

“The entire West Forsyth community is loving this. To have kids on both teams tonight is an unbelievable deal. To have four at Georgia is fantastic,” Wolverines Head Coach Dave Svehla said. “It’s a reflection of this school and the administration that we can turn out players like this. I think everybody is really excited for tonight.”
