DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. — Months after a man’s body was found mutilated in a Douglas County reservoir, authorities have arrested a fourth person.
Jamal Parker, 37, was found dead in Dog River Reservoir back in May.
Since then, police have arrested three people and charged them with murder, including his girlfriend, Ambria Boyd.

David Davonte Barber was arrested on Monday and charged with felony murder, malice murder, felony battery and aggravated assault.
Charles Parker, the victim’s father, spoke to Channel 2’s Tom Jones after his son’s death and said he wants everyone connected to his son’s death to pay.
He said Boyd, who he described as his “so-called girlfriend,” acted like she was torn up over Jamal Parker’s death before her arrest.
“She been corresponding with Jamal’s mom like she didn’t know what was going on,” he said.

Investigators say Boyd came forward saying an unknown caller told her the name and number of Jamal Parker’s killer.
Investigators determined the name was false, and Boyd was friends with the real killer, was staying at that person’s home and was with Parker a few hours before he was murdered.
Boyd’s attorney says she is innocent and is asking for the public’s help funding her defense.
Brittany Baker and Mario Barber are also facing murder charges.
