DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Police have arrested two people in connection with a rape, kidnapping and robbery in DeKalb County.

Police say Jaquan Lemon, 27, and Tori Riascos, 21 are facing charges for the violent attack at the Atlas LaVista Hills earlier this month.

Police say the two suspects worked together to identify and target their victims. Police believe they may have stopped a serial rapist.

“We don’t know how many other victims may come up and report being robbed or sexually assaulted, which could be determined by this particular same subject,” DeKalb Public Safety Director Cedric Alexander said.

Investigators say Lemon targeted a woman at the Atlas Lavista Hills Apartments in Tucker on March 6.

The alleged victim said Lemon raped her after kidnapping and robbing her at gunpoint.

"He's a sick individual. I thank God I'm OK to tell my story. I want everyone to be warned," she said.

Police say they also targeted a woman who was robbed at gunpoint at the Paces Park Apartments on March 14.
