ATLANTA — Newly released dashcam video sheds light on the moments before a DUI suspect, trying to elude state troopers, crashed his vehicle head-on into a family’s car.
The video shows Kahre Williams driving the wrong way along Spring Street in midtown Atlanta in the early hours of April 20, 2019.
At one point, he makes a U-turn, heads toward The Varsity and speeds through the intersection.
