GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga.,None — Suwanee police are investigating what led to a child's drowning.
Police have identified the victim as 7-year-old Daniel Ha Min Byoun of Lawrenceville.
Investigators said someone found Byoun floating in a pool at the Amli At McGinnis Ferry Apartments just before 7 p.m. Monday.
Rescuers performed CPR but could not save him. Police said Byoun was at the pool with his mother and other members of his church.
Police said the drowning appears to be an accident.
