The owner of Certified Jewelry Designs, Albert Pagan, showed WFTV the damage left behind inside his store.

“It’s unbelievable,” Pagan said. “It’s so difficult what they did, everything they went through. These people are professional — experienced.”

Pagan told WFTV the burglars scaled the building and cut a hole in the roof, and then entered the store through the neighboring business.

“The security was just assessing that they have no idea how they were able to do all of this cutting, all of this steel and all of this construction, and crawl through the attics and then cut through a reinforced wall and cut through the vault,” Pagan said.

The store’s surveillance cameras captured images of someone grabbing a doorknob and walking away, as well as images of two people carrying bags away from the business, WFTV reported.

Police told WFTV that there are two suspects in the case, but no arrests have been made.
