The wait is over, April the giraffe fans. April finally gave birth Saturday.
Animal Adventure Park officials announced that April was officially in labor early Saturday morning.
April the giraffe welcomed a calf with her mate, Oliver, at Animal Adventure Park in Harpursville, New York.

April is 15 years old, and this will be her fourth calf. Oliver is 5 years old, and this is his first calf.
