Thomas Stephens painted the portraits of George C. Marshall, Douglas MacArthur, Dwight Eisenhower, and Harry Truman, among others, and was also commissioned by the US Golfer's Association to paint Bobby Jones golfing portrait in his "unmistakable swing."
