Woodstock Fireworks Spectacular The City of Woodstock hosts a whole day of events beginning with the Freedom Run followed by a parade at 10am (starting at Woodstock Elementary), continuing with a 4th of July festival from 11am-3pm at the Park at City Center, and concluding with a fireworks spectacle.
