COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Water is back on Tuesday night for a section of Cobb County. Businesses lost water pressure after a car hit a fire hydrant along Highlands Parkway.
Cobb County water officials told Channel 2's Lauren Pozen a car hit a fire hydrant and knocked it off its base, causing a water leak.
News Chopper 2 flew over the scene as traffic backed up all the way to 285.

“It took me over 35 minutes to get here from work," said Angelica Braddly, a member of the gym right across the street from the water leak.
Her trainer and gym owner Aaron Ace Moore told Pozen they had no idea this was going on outside.
"Nobody can get here it seems," Moore said.
A cross-fit class that is usually packed turned semi private for those who were able to brave the traffic.
"I told him I almost went and got something to eat and went home," Braddly said.
Traffic wasn't the only problem the water leak caused for businesses.
'There is no pressure, flushing the toilets, even running water is very little," Moore said.
Moore told Pozen he wasn't taking any chances with his evening classes and canceled them.
"I don't want the ladies to come to the class and not be able to get here. It looks bad on the gym and the instructor," Moore explained.
