ROSWELL, Ga.,None — A recent Georgia State University graduate
who had received the lottery-funded HOPE scholarship ended up
winning a $250,000 top prize in a lottery game.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports
that 23-year-old Joseph Crandall of Roswell won the money playing
Jeep Outdoor Adventure.
Crandall had received the HOPE Scholarship while enrolled at the
Georgia State.
He bought the lucky $5 ticket at Sydney Food Mart on Morosgo
Drive in Atlanta.
