• Spa landlord arrested over hidden cameras

MARIETTA, Ga. - A landlord is facing felony charges after a hidden camera was found in a waxing room at a Marietta spa.

On Saturday, Cobb County police arrested Mark Allen Storch, charging him with unlawful surveillance.

A customer spotted the camera last month while getting a wax at the Salon Avenue Suites on Sandy Plains Road. The salon performs Brazilian waxes and body wax procedures.

Channel 2’s Ross Cavitt was at the spa in July as officers collected evidence, including a Porsche SUV.

Storch is a registered sex offender. He previously pleaded guilty to charges concerning an attempted sexual assault on his girlfriend at the time.
