COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Smyna police have opened a section of Windy Hill Road near the intersection of Burbank Circle that was closed when a "possible pipe bomb" was found.
The bomb squad X-rayed the item and found that it was just a plastic pipe.
The road was reopened just after 3 p.m.
