VERDICT: RICO: GUILTY, False statements: GUILTY

SENTENCE: Due to her pregnancy, Robinson will be sentenced in August.

In April, 2009, Shani Robinson was 24, a Teach for America teacher leading a first grade class, when she allegedly changed answers on students’ tests.

She faced racketeering charges as an alleged member of criminal enterprise that prosecutors say was run by Beverly Hall during her tenure as Atlanta superintendent.

Robinson faced one count of racketeering and one count of false statements and writings.
