ROSWELL, Ga. — The Roswell Police Department announced on its Facebook page that one of its officers has died.
The police department said Lt. Scott Walters’ died from a heart attack late Thursday.
Walters was an officer since January 1997.
Walters most recently commanded Roswell Police Department’s Uniform Patrol “C” Squad, the department said.
