Someone has strung rainbow-colored ribbons around trees along Piedmont Avenue and 10th Street, each one containing the name of one of the victims killed in the mass shooting.

“My heart goes out to friends, family, everyone who has been affected, more than just the community in Orlando,” Alana Huber told Channel 2’s Linda Stouffer.

People started spotting the ribbons and roses overnight Wednesday and no one know who exactly put up the tribute.

Stouffer reported the display was clearly affecting people walking near the parking lot in front of TEN Atlanta, where a memorial remains from earlier in the week.

“It could happen anywhere in the world. England has (a) pride event coming up so there's a worry there about security, you know? Where it could happen at a big event like that,” a tourist from England told Stouffer. “My heart goes out to them.”

“It’s tragic what happened, nonsense,” Huber said.
