DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. — Police say they have found a missing 9-year-old girl in Douglasville.
Authorities said Ariana Guerrero was reported missing Wednesday night.
Police said the girl walked home just before 5 a.m.
Investigators said they believe the girl spent the night in the woods in the subdivision. She was found with wet clothes and leaves all over.
Police said the girl stormed out of the house Wednesday at 9 p.m. when her parents punished her for having friends over without permission.
Overnight, Channel 2 Action News witnessed officers and K-9 units searched the neighborhood of Hunter Ridge where the girl was last seen.
