ATLANTA — Atlanta police are on the lookout for a suspicious minivan that followed a teen in Buckhead.
The 15-year-old was running near Loridans and Skyland drives two weeks ago when he turned to a landscaping crew for help, police said.
"He was terrified. He was scared," Nestor Urbina told Channel 2's Eric Philips.
Urbina said the boy was yelling that someone was chasing him. Urbina said an old Dodge Caravan with ladders on its roof slowly pulled up and then took off.
"We just told him to stay with us, and we called his parents," Urbina said.
The teen gave police a vague description of the driver. He was not hurt but shaken up.
"I think it's crazy how can there be people out there like that. It's sick you know," Urbina said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Atlanta police at 404-614-6544.
