SOUTH FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Channel 2's Carl Willis is at the scene of a murder investigation at an apartment complex in Union City.
The incident happened at Shannon Chase apartments on 5300 Highway 138 in Union City.
Witnesses say a man sitting in a blue car was shot and killed.
They say there was an exchange of gunfire before someone else was shot. The wounded person was taken to a hospital.
