COVINGTON, Ga. — As the old adage goes, a police officer’s duty is to protect and serve. And an officer from the Covington Police Department did just that for a 15-month-old.

Officer Matt Holbrook’s quick thinking and actions helped him save Adrian Tovar, who was choking.
