HENRY COUNTY, Ga. — We could all learn from this metro Atlanta Chick-fil-A employee.
Union Grove High School senior Chase Withers made sure he returned a misplaced envelope stuffed with $900 in cash made it back to its rightful owner.
The teen was cleaning the dining room at the restaurant in McDonough on Valentine’s Day when he came across the envelope. He immediately turned in the envelope to his manager and was eager to find the owner.
After inspecting the contents of the envelope, the guest placed her receipt inside.
Luckily, the guest used her Chick-fil-A app, so Withers and his manager were able to retrieve her contact information.
The guest was truly grateful for Withers and his honesty.
The post on the local Chick-fil-A’s Facebook page received dozens of comments praising the young man for doing the right thing. His mother even left a comment.
