Man convicted of murder over dice game

A man accused of killing an acquaintance during a game of dice has been convicted of murder.
Dexter Beard, 29, was convicted on charges of murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and weapons offenses in connection with the shooting death of Selemon Belai, 27.
According to the Fulton County district attorney, Belai was gunned down on June 3, 2014 at the intersection of Auburn Avenue and Bell Street in northeast Atlanta.
