5 teenage girls arrested in shooting death of 20-year-old Gwinnett County woman

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Five teenage girls have been arrested for murder in the death of a 20-year-old Gwinnett County woman.

Faith Burns, of Loganville, was shot and killed outside a home on Uniwattee Trail in Dacula February 14. Police said they believe the shooting was related to a domestic fight.

Damia Mitchell, 17, turned herself in to police on Feb. 16. She’s being held on charges of felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a person under 18. She also faces several gang-related charges, according to jail records.

Police announced Saturday that they have arrested two more teens.

Kennedy Collins and Jocelyn Spencer, both 17, were arrested on felony murder and aggravated assault charges. Two other 16-year-old girls from Snellville who are not being identified were also arrested. The charges against them have not been released.

Police have not released a motive for the shooting.
