Black Lives Matter signs missing in a couple of North Fulton neighborhoods

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Residents in Roswell are upset that someone is tearing down their Black Lives Matter signs.  Neighbors in this community feel as if their signs are being targeted by an unidentified masked man.

The man is seen on surveillance video sneaking into a yard and ripping down a Black Lives Matter banner posted on a fence.  The owner of the banner says this is the third time that his banner has been taken or destroyed.
