SOUTH FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Two teens are in police custody after a SWAT situation outside a south Fulton County home.
Fulton County police said they went to the home on Louis the 14th Lane to serve a search warrant, but two teens inside wanted on several charges refused to come out. Police called the SWAT team for help.
After several hours, the teens were placed in police custody and no one was injured.
Neighbors complained to Channel 2 that they were not notified of the early-morning situation or evacuated by police, but officers said they would have asked people to leave if they were ever in danger.
Neighbors said it is normally a quiet neighborhood and they were surprised to be woken up by police activity.
Police have not provided additional information about the suspects because they are juveniles.
