SOUTH FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Forty-five people are displaced because of an apartment fire in South Fulton County.
The apartments that were affected were the Washington Gardens Apartments on Washington Road.
Firefighters believe the fire started in someone's kitchen.
One woman driving by stopped to get a closer look.
"Everything is burned up except the bricks," Pamela Bagina said. "You got people out there crying and groaning because they lost everything."
The Red Cross is helping relocate residents Monday night.
