FAYETTE COUNTY, Ga. — The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office used a high-tech gadget to track down a suspect wanted on multiple warrants.

On Wednesday, the sheriff’s office shared a video on Facebook captured by its drone team on Oct. 12.
The video shows the drone following Michael Charles Phillips,61, of Fayetteville in the middle of a lake in North Fayette County, by the side of the boat.

According to the department, Phillip is a fugitive with numerous felony warrants.
Phillips is charged with theft by receiving stolen property. As of Wednesday evening, Phillips remain behind bars in the Fayette County jail.
