Famous sports agent selling Buckhead mansion for $6M (PHOTOS)

ATLANTA — Eighteenth-century Pennsylvania farmhouses are desirable places in which to live. The problem is, there aren’t any in Atlanta. Obviously.

But there is the next best thing: A stone estate inspired by an 18th century Pennsylvania farmhouse.

One recently came on the market in Buckhead for $5.99 million. The 1035 Nawench Drive home is being sold by owner Pat Dye Jr., a longtime sports agent and son of the legendary former Auburn coach by the same name.

Dye Jr.'s clients include quarterback Ryan Tannehill, and running backs DeMarco Murray and Eddie Lacy, according to Forbes.

Listing agent Sam Bayne called it “one of the most beautiful homes” he’s seen over his 17-year career in real estate.

But don't take his word for it. See for yourself.

The 11,000-square-foot home has six bedrooms, as many bathrooms and four half-baths.

You’ll find 100-year-old reclaimed heart pine flooring and beams, 10.5-foot ceilings and a master suite on the 2.3-acre property.

Also included in the enormous home is a guest suite over a three-car garage and an attic that's been converted to a play area.

Features include a wine cellar, a gym and a long, tree-lined driveway.
