DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Imagine you're waiting in line at the supermarket when suddenly people start fighting and someone pulls out a gun.
That’s exactly what happened Sunday around 12:30 p.m. at the Kroger store on Wesley Chapel Road in south DeKalb County.
The whole thing was caught on camera by shoppers inside.
Video posted to Facebook shows a man quick to pull out a gun during the fight inside the store.
He appears to be trying to deescalate the fight, but shoppers Channel 2′s Matt Johnson spoke with said the gun only made things more dangerous for everyone inside.
“People shop there. It could have been kids around there, anything,” shopper Alexis Williams said.
At one point, the man with the gun is seen walking around the store still with the gun in his hand.

He hesitates and other people in the store prepare to take cover when someone else in the fight threatens to come back in the store with a gun of his own.
“The idea of love for neighbor has kind of vanished from society in many ways,” a shopper said.
Someone called 911 because of the gun.
We don't know what the fight was about because everyone involved had left before police arrived to try and write a report.
Shoppers Johnson spoke with Monday said they would have left too.
“I see a gun, I’m running. I’m not trying to sit right there and investigate, because I ain’t no detective,” Williams said.
There’s no word yet from police if anyone faces any charges from the fight that could have ended in a grocery store shootout.
A Kroger spokesperson said the company is thankful police were able to respond as quickly as they could.
