DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County police are seeking the public’s help to locate the whereabouts of a missing man.

Harold Russ, 84, was last seen on June 4 near the 2800 block of North Decatur Road in Decatur.
Russ is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes.

Officials say Russ is known to visit the Walmart and Kroger stores on North Decatur Road.
