DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — On Saturday some residents in DeKalb County were dealing with a muddy mess in their neighborhood.
Channel 2 Action News got a video that shows a flooded area along Redan Road.

Residents said a pipe broke Saturday morning after crews repaired the same pipe Friday.
“Pipe been busted, county was out here yesterday fixing it. Then they left it and it bust again and this is what y’all see right here,” a resident said.
