DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — The Chamblee Police Department has identified and obtained criminal-arrest warrants charging two individuals in a QuikTrip shooting.
The shooting happened Dec. 29 outside the QuikTrip on Buford Highway in Chamblee.
The shooting victim was Andrew Spencer, 30.
Police tell Channel 2 Action News that the two individuals are Leroy Starr Copney and Jilani Ade Bakhari.

Both have been charged with multiple felonies, including murder, aggravated assault and violation of the Georgia Gang Act, according to police.
The Maserati involved in the shooting has been recovered.
Both suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
