COWETA COUNTY, Ga. — An 18-year-old was arrested in connection with two Coweta County fires in early March.

Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. King said at 4 a.m., Coweta County Fire Rescue asked the State Fire Marshal’s Office to assist in investigating a mobile home fire.
According to investigators, a mobile home and a separate but related travel trailer were on fire.

King said Coweta County sheriff officials were told that 18-year-old Ryan Morrow of Newnan was involved in the fires. He was later arrested in a nearby mobile home.
Morrow was charged with reckless conduct, criminal damage to property and two counts of first-degree arson.

It is unclear if Morrow lived in the homes that burned or if he knew who lived there.
