CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - Channel 2 Action News has learned a shooting involving an officer at a local Home Depot started as a shoplifting call.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirmed to Channel 2's Tom Jones Riverdale officers shot at a suspect at the store off Lamar Hutcheson Parkway.

The suspect has been identifed as Terry Bradshaw, 42, who is in serious condition at Atlanta Medical Center. Two officers involved sustained minor injuries.

Police are questioning a woman who was in the truck with the suspect.

Officers confronted Bradshaw after he left the store, according to the GBI. He then got into a physical altercation with the officers.
