ATLANTA — Police said Thursday that they are investigating a possible kidnapping and vehicle theft.
An Atlanta Police spokesperson said the child and the car were recovered near Howell Mill Road NW and Collier Road.
No injuries have been reported. Police said a suspect is in custody.
No other information was immediately available, police said.
