CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. — Authorities from several counties are searching for a burglar who is targeting restaurants in Georgia.
Channel 2's Audrey Washington got her hands on surveillance video that shows the burglar hitting one restaurant in Canton. The man used the same crowbar and red truck used in several other burglaries.
"He went out to the county at Las Palmas restaurant and forced entry with a crowbar and did the same at two other restaurants," said Canton Officer Pacer Cordy.
The burglaries all happened in less than 30 minutes.

Washington showed the video to several restaurant managers and employees, but no one recognized the man or his truck.
"He hid his face pretty well, wearing a long bill hat. (He) kept on looking down to hide his face in the shadows," said Cordell Lofgren, who lives nearby.
Officers also got reports of the same man robbing restaurants in other nearby cities.
"There's been reports in Ellijay as well as Blue Ridge that match the description of the pickup truck that was used in these similar instances," said Cordy.
Police said that in each case, the man stole some cash and got away in his red pickup truck.
Anyone who recognizes the man in the surveillance video is asked to call police.
