Braves tie up division series with 4-3 win

ATLANTA, Ga. — The Atlanta Braves tied up the National League Division Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers Friday night.

Braves fans tomahawk chopped through out the night, cheering the team to a 4-3 win to even the series at a game a piece.

Phillip Mansell and his father could hardly contain themselves during an electric night at Turner Field highlighted by clutch hitting by Jason Heyward during a two-run seventh inning.

"That was absolutely incredible!" said Mansell. "We were here (Thursday) night and after such a dismal game, watching this, the emotion the fans have had has been amazing."

The mood was somber after a 6 to 1 loss to the Dodgers Thursday.
Friday was a different story.

Fans again packed into the stadium early, getting their faces painted and taking in a pregame concert.

"It's much different than the regular season," Wade Jaeger told Channel 2's Carl Willis. "That's for sure. People are bringing it out. Look at it."

"Elbow to elbow, man," said Wesley Frost. "The Braves have our support."

Now it's on to game three in L.A. and young fans like Ignacio Ross said "I feel they can crush the Dodgers."
