NEW YORK — Just a day before the 14th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, many captured stunning photos of a rainbow coming from the World Trade Center.
The rainbow appeared at about 8 a.m. between rain showers, according to WABC.
Ben Sturner was in just the right spot to take the photos. He later sent them out from his Twitter account.
