ATLANTA — Fulton County Police need the public’s help identifying a suspect believed to be a man, dressed in female clothing, who has hit up several cell phone stores across the metro area.
The suspect has targeted stores in McDonough, Atlanta and South Fulton County.
“The suspect is targeting Metro PCS. All of the cases have similar MOs,” said Lt. Roger Peace.
The latest robbery happened Saturday, October 7th 2017.
Police say, the suspect hit a Metro PCS off Old National Highway just before closing time.

Cameras were rolling when the thief walked in pretending to be a customer and asked to see two iPhone 7s.
Channel 2's Nefertiti Jaquez learned the suspect walked straight to the counter, played with the phones, distracted the clerk, and then dashed out of the store into a waiting Mercedes Benz car.
It’s news that infuriates people like Diallo Shears who told us, this robbery just adds a blemish to an area already plagued by crime.
“He’s not an example for us. There is a lot of good people in this area,” said Shears.
