After four years of testing, Chick-Fil-A will be serving up its newest item: the Chick-Fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich.

Beginning Feb.13, customers in some cities can try the sandwich made with a tender filet cut from a whole, real cauliflower with an added topping of two dill pickle chips smacked between two buns.

The Atlanta-based company says the inspiration originated from the original chicken sandwich, but they wanted customers to have more variety in their dining experience.

For a limited time, customers in Denver, Charleston, and North Carolina Greensboro-Triad area will have the opportunity to test the sandwich out.

Depending on how customers respond in the test markets, the Cauliflower Sandwich could launch nationwide in the future.

Despite it being plant-based, Chick-Fil-A is not considering the sandwich vegetarian.
