ATLANTA — Atlanta Police are asking for the public’s help locating a senior who wandered away from his home on Sunday.
Police say 73-year-old Bill Harper was last seen at his home on 860 Amber Place in northwest Atlanta at approximately 12 p.m.

Harper, who has dementia, has a history of wandering off from his home for a day before returning home or being located by law enforcement.
