Atlanta airport flights return to normal after bomb threat at FAA facility

ATLANTA — Flights are back to normal at Atlanta's airport after a bomb threat at the FAA facility in Henry County.

Hampton Police said the threat was called in Friday around 3:55 p.m.

The building was evacuated. Officers said they did not find anything inside.

Flights were delayed at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The FAA put a ground stop in for flights handled by the center until the situation was resolved.
