DEKALB COUNTY, Ga.,None — A shooting at a DeKalb County apartment complex left one man dead and another injured, police said.
Officers said the shooting happened early Monday at the Creekside Corner Apartments on West Fairington Parkway near Panola and Fairington Roads in Lithonia.
Police told Channel 2's Kerry Kavanaugh the men were at a club on Sunday evening and got into an altercation. The men drove home and were shot multiple times, police said.
Detectives said they didn't know how many people shot at the men. Kavanaugh reported a dozen shell casings scattered in the parking lot, each with a yellow evidence marker.
Police said they did not have a description of the shooter or the car involved. Officers have not identified the victims.
