ATHENS, Ga.,None — Investigators were searching for an Athens man after they say he stabbed and killed a man early Saturday morning.
Athens-Clarke County police said they were looking for Randy Roderick "Rat" Perry.
Police said Perry stabbed and killed Demetrius Antwon Ball, 28, of Athens, just after midnight Saturday morning.
When officers arrived at the crime scene they found Ball lying in a parking lot with multiple stab wounds.
Investigators said Ball was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.
Police have issued murder warrants for Perry, but have not found him yet. They said he is to be considered armed and dangerous.
